In 2014, the idea of a wood-fired pizza oven to bring pizza "the way it is meant to be eaten" to the masses was born: Stephan purchased an oven on a trailer and started selling freshly baked pizzas at the Farmers Market in Zumbrota and Red Wing. Over the next few years, Farmers Markets in Lake City and Goodhue were added to the list, along with various regular stops at breweries in Rochester.

Cheese Pizza
Cheese Pizza is the most basic. Crust with our crushed tomato base and shredded Mozzarella on top. Kids love the Cheese Pizza. Though very simple by nature, the high heat in our oven brings out incredible flavors that are often compared to "a grilled cheese sandwich with a bowl of tomato soup.”

Pepperoni Pizza
Pepperoni Pizza is the Cheese Pizza with a solid layer of sliced pepperoni. Need we say more? A fan favorite, our Pepperoni Pizza delivers consistent happiness to our customers' taste buds.

Sausage & Mushroom Pizza
Our Sausage and Mushroom Pizza has the crushed tomato base, then pieces of andouille sausage and sliced portobella mushrooms on it, topped with shredded mozzarella. The sausage gives it just a little spice – it’s very popular, due in part because of the “special” sausage.

Spinach Pizza
The Spinach Pizza starts with a healthy heap of fresh baby spinach. Next, we add fresh, chopped garlic and a sun-dried tomato dip. Then it's on to crumbled feta cheese and shredded mozzarella. This (vegetarian) pizza combines a multitude of great individual flavors into one delicious taste experience.

Lavosh Pizza
The Lavosh Pizza is a very different pizza, but once people try it, they’re hooked: we start with a lot of sliced sweet yellow onion and sliced portobella mushrooms. We top it off with havarti cheese, a very mild cheese that gives an almost buttery flavor when baked on the pizza. A favorite at our Catering Events.

Pesto Pizza
Our Pesto Pizza features organic basil-based pesto, crumbled bacon and shredded mozzarella cheese. After spinning around in our 800-degree oven, this pizza boasts an incredible aroma and even better flavor.

Barbecue Chicken Pizza
The Barbecue Chicken Pizza is topped with grilled chicken pieces placed onto sweet onion. Add a layer of shredded mozzarella and a swirl of our "secret" barbecue sauce, and you get a pizza that satisfies even the hungriest customer.

 
 
 

Breakfast Pizza
On Saturday mornings in Rochester, we proudly serve the Breakfast Pizza: with a layer of sweet onions, crumbled bacon, shredded mozzarella and beaten egg, we put our very own spin on those traditional breakfast ingredients.

 

Asparagus Pizza
A seasonal favorite, our Asparagus Pizza is only available in late spring/early summer. Alfredo sauce, crumbled bacon and spears of fresh asparagus make this a pizza that you will want to eat all year long.

Our pizzas are available at select locations throughout the year.

From May to October, we are frequently at theRochester Farmers Market.
We also sell our pizza on Tuesday nights in Zumbrota.
